Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard international shipping to the USA with the following estimated delivery times:

•        USA: 7 to 13 working days (excluding processing time)

•        Shipping Methods: 4PX & YunExpress

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (if applicable).

 

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

 

5. Customs & Import Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot predict or cover these charges.
